autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Playing the sax sparks my creativity in other work like . . .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>writing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>teaching<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;I begin with an idea,&#8221; explained Picasso, &#8220;and then it becomes something else.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fire-up past or present hobbies in 2025 and watch your fruit multiply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\" id=\"h-2-refresh-with-more-service-less-indulgence\">#2: Refresh with more service, less indulgence<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>My friend, Todd, introduced me to Meals on Wheels five years ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was fun because we did it together and shared . . .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>joy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>love<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>care<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>. . . by serving those in greatest need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Volunteering glides us into a wide variety of folks including animals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Meals on Wheels delivery\" width=\"660\" height=\"371\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/6cdegVQqwB4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>What a great way to . . .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>meet diverse people<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>enrich communities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>heal division<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Oh, and watch the influence on your family and friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\" id=\"h-3-refresh-with-more-solitude-less-stress\">#3: Refresh with more solitude, less stress<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Everybody needs a &#8220;room of one&#8217;s own,&#8221;
