No added-sugar<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Nerves hate &#8220;added sugar&#8221; even more than gluten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">I didn&#8217;t say all sugar, just &#8220;added sugar.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">If someone warned me in my 30s that my daily intake of 12 grams of sugar in every glass of milk was going to electrocute my body nonstop in my 60s, I would have laughed in their face.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">But, when my electrocution began on February 25, 2019, that was my last drop of &#8220;added sugar.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">I say &#8220;last,&#8221;
