S. Lewis describes an experience of seeing a beam of light in a dark tool shed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Looking at the beam, all he could see was the light itself and the dust particles floating inside the beam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He shifted position to where he was looking along the beam of light.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Only then did he see a tree outside.&nbsp;&nbsp;And beyond that, the sun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>\u201cLooking along the beam, and looking at the beam are very different experiences.\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp; C.
